Manufacturing is the backbone of humanity, representing an industry of 16T$ in the world. Yet, most of the knowledge needed to run a factory is not written anywhere: it lives in workers' heads, that eventually retire or leave. All documentation is mandatory, but manual, thus poorly done. This lack of capitalization leads to bad decisions → repeated mistakes, downtime and yield loss. A single mistake in a factory costs on average $80k, and mistakes happen several times a week! In total, factories lose $650B every year.

Allude starts by solving knowledge capture by making it effortless. With our first product, our customers film their experts working on the factory floor. In under two minutes, our AI agent turns the video into a structured procedure. Once knowledge is captured, we contextualize it by mapping the relationships between processes, products, and machines. This creates the context AI agents need to understand operations and surface optimization opportunities, unlocking millions in savings.

🎯 What you will do

Your mission is simple: build the GTM engine that fills our calendar with meetings with the German’s best manufacturers. You’ll work directly with our CEO Eva, Jeanne (Employee #1) and our Founding Sales.

You'll:

• Build and run outbound campaigns across cold calling (works really well from 5 to 7pm with our ICP 😊), email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings.
• Continuously optimize these campaigns based on performance metrics (response rates, conversion rates, meeting attendance etc…).
• Work closely with the founder to refine and evolve our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
• Build Allude's outbound sales engine from the ground up: the tools and the processes needed.
• Identify and organize Allude's presence at targeted fairs and industry events, (logistics, booth coordination, meeting scheduling).
• Follow customers during the entire sales process, from first call to deal closing.
• Provide weekly reporting on outbound activity and pipeline generation.
